Spicy Chicken Rub - 5 lb. Jar


Award-winning Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub is a ready-to-use dry cooking spice blend that is true to its name.

Apply to meat or poultry before cooking. Sprinkle on product for a little heat and beautiful red-brown color. Rub a small amount into the surface of the meat and let it sit for a few minutes before smoking.

We like to make a paste of a little vegetable oil or mayonnaise and Spicy Chicken Rub because it is easier to apply. Place a little Spicy Chicken Rub in the cavity of the bird for a more intense flavor.
