SmartSmoker SM160

Model SM160 SmartSmoker oven smoke-cooks a wide variety of products, from pit barbecue to lox-style salmon.

It features Cookshack's exclusive IQ4 electronic time and temperature controller, with easy-to-use presets and hold cycle. Cookshack's award-winning customer service gets you up to speed rapidly.

Operation
  • Capacity is 120 lbs. pork butt, 100 lbs. brisket, 50 lbs. ribs, or 20 chickens per load.
Put two of them side by side to double the capacity and add versatility to cooking.
  • Cookshack smokers produce hot- or cold-smoked foods by application of heat and wood smoke to meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, etc.

You have complete control over the smoke flavor.

  • Food cooks at a low temperature with no drying drafts of air moving through the smoker.

You get tender, moist product and more of it. Lower shrink means higher profits.

  • Heat is supplied by a thermostatically-controlled 1500 watt heating element. Temperature range is from 125° to 300°F.

  • The Cookshack IQ4 electronic time/temperature control system cooks at a user-selected temperature for a user-selected time, and then drops to a pre-set or user-selected holding temperature until it is shut off with the master switch.
